It will cover the current use cases for each tool and discuss the importance of incorporating safeguards and frameworks to ensure a ‘Safety by Design’ ethos. Additionally, the presentation will provide an overview of relevant regulations and their impact on children's rights, privacy, and law enforcement's use of AI in criminal investigations (EU).
