Operation HAINE is a Victim ID case study with the skillset applied to the zoosadism crime type being the extreme sexual and physical abuse of animals. The presentation covers the identification and arrest of two zoosadism producers in Australia’s Northern Territory and the U.S. state of Ohio, as well as the network in between.
