The charity for the 2023 YTVC Conference is :
In recent times, PACT has focused on filling an important gap; supporting child victims of crime and child witnesses who have to give evidence in court. PACT is the only organisation in Queensland working specifically to support children and young people who have to give evidence in court, especially those involved in sexual offences.
To date, we’ve helped more than 28,000 children and young people find their voice, ease their anxieties, understand the legal process and give evidence.

‘The donation of these funds will support PACT’s Child Witness Support Program which provides impartial, empathetic and court approved support for children and young people under the age of 18 who are required to give evidence in criminal courts, either as victims of, or witnesses to, a crime. This particular donation will go towards the development and publication of existing and new material specifically being designed to support First Nations children and assist them through this process.’
